Owners and agents can list rural land for sale on RuralLandListings. Listings are written by sellers. We review each one before it goes live, but we do not independently verify property information.

## How it works

1. Create your listing: Location, acreage, price and the property details buyers ask about.
2. Upload photos and details: Up to 25 photos, resized automatically for fast pages.
3. Pay $49: One flat fee for 30 days. No commission.
4. Your listing is reviewed: We check it is complete and appropriate before it goes live.
5. Buyers contact you directly: Enquiries come to your phone or email, not through us.

Fields: headline, state, county, nearest town, ZIP, acres, asking price, description, links, land type, owner financing, public road access, electric available, well on the land, creek, pond or spring, septic or passed perc test, surveyed, mineral rights included, deed restrictions, mobile homes allowed, buildings on the land, annual property tax, the public seller name, phone and email, and the submitter's private name and email.

## Questions

### How much does it cost to list land?

$49 for 30 days. There is no commission and no fee when it sells.

### Who can list?

Owners and agents. If you are an agent, you can also add a free Basic land agent listing, or a Verified one for $149 a year.

### What happens after 30 days?

The ad comes down on the next daily rebuild after its end date. Renew it for another $49 with the form on your listing.

### Can I add photos?

Yes. Upload up to 25 photos from your phone or computer; they are resized automatically so your page loads fast. You can also add a YouTube or Vimeo video link and links to a survey or map.

### Does paying guarantee buyers or a sale?

No. Your $49 buys 30 days of listing on the site. We cannot promise enquiries, traffic or a sale.

### Can I edit my listing?

Yes. Use the link on your listing page to send changes; changes during the 30 days are free.
