Land agents and brokers can have a free Basic profile. A Verified profile ($149 a year) adds a check of your real estate license, the “License Verified” badge and a place above Basic profiles. It is never a rating, and payment never changes the facts we publish.

What “License Verified” means
License Verified means we looked up the agent’s real estate license with the state real estate commission’s public license lookup and confirmed the details with the agent. It is not a rating, review or endorsement.
Each Verified profile shows which states we checked and the date of the check. We check again at every renewal.
How to get License Verified
- Create your profile with the form and choose Verified, or use “Is this you?” on your existing profile.
- Pay $149 a year: email hello@namefolio.co and we’ll send an invoice.
- We look up your real estate license with the state real estate commission’s public license lookup for each state you list and confirm the details with you. If a check fails we refund you and the profile stays Basic.
- Your profile shows the License Verified badge, the states checked and the date. We recheck at renewal; without renewal it returns to Basic.
Questions
Is a Basic profile really free?
Yes. We never hide a correct Basic profile because a nearby land agent paid.
What does License Verified mean?
That on the date shown we found the agent’s real estate license active with the state real estate commission’s public license lookup for the states shown. It is not a rating, review or endorsement, and it says nothing about any property.
Does paying change what you publish?
No. It pays for the license check, the badge and a place above Basic profiles. It never buys a rating, a review or changed facts.
How are agents ordered?
License Verified first, then Basic. Within each, the most complete profiles come first, then A to Z.
Can agents list land for sale too?
Yes. Land listings are separate: $49 for 30 days, for owners and agents alike, with no commission.
